Half & Quarter Beef
Wyoming Pure can ship half and quarter beef packages. A half beef includes approximately, 10-11 Tenderloin Filets, 12 New York Strip Steaks, 12 Rib Eye Steaks, 12 Sirloin Steaks, 12 lbs Round Steak (can be tenderized), 1 Tri-Tip Roast, 2 Sirloin Tip Roasts, 1 Top Round Roast, 11 lbs. Bottom Round Roast, 19 lbs. Chuck Roast, 6-8 lbs. Stew Meat, 90 lbs. Ground Beef (1 lb packages or can be made into patties). Produces between 175-200 lbs. of beef.
At $5.50 per pound price for a half beef will be $960-$1100 (plus shipping). Note: Half beef can be cut to your own specifications.
A quarter beef is priced at $5.85 per pound. There would be approximately 85-100 lbs. of beef in a quarter ranging in price from $495 - $585 total with standard cuts.

All beef is raised on the Goertz ranch in Wheatland, WY. The beef is grain finished on organic grain raised by the Goertz family with no antibiotics and no hormones.
